Pasta has been one of the basic elements of our diet for centuries.
During the 80's, the discovery of Mediterranean Diet effectiveness put the emphasis on
this food-model and relaunched it against several pathologies, especially the cardiovascular  ones. Accordingly, pasta too was re-evaluated.
Pasta mainly provides  complex carbohydrates (starch), which should represent the most important element of our diet, since they develop easily usable energy.
Pasta contains very little lipid and a good percentage of proteins, especially of glutamic acid which stimulates cerebral activity.
And it's not true that pasta makes fat, as 100 g of it provide 350 calories and sate much more than some other food with the same caloric content.

Our  pasta is  made  exclusively of durum  wheat and  water. Therefore, it is a  really simple food to which we add neither preservatives nor colouring matters.
In order to grant our top quality we buy only selected and certified  brans  which we also personnally analyze.
Inside our concern we have organized an auto-check plan aiming to grant the product hygiene during all the phases of the dieplate lying within our competence.
Moreover, all our packaging lines are equipped with weight measuring instruments and with metal detectors.
Our quality meets also the requirements of AOAC method as for filth test.
Our constant research for always attaining a high quality together with a strong cooking endurance enables our company to count among its customers some catering companies of national and international importance.

Proteic content: 100 gr durum wheat pasta contain about 12 gr  proteins
Caloric value:  100 gr durum wheat pasta provide about 350 cal.

Boil in hot and salty  water. Reckon 1 lt water every 100 gr  pasta. Drip and season.
